Office Policies

Appointment Cancellations:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Patients who do not cancel their appointment within 24 hours will be charged the usual fee for the visit, except in the case of emergency.

Insurance:
We do not bill insurance companies directly for chiropractic care and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms for you to submit for reimbursement.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the visit for all services rendered.  We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Your first visit

Please allow 45 minutes - 1 hour for your initial appointment.

Please download & complete the New Patient Forms
before the appointment date for your first visit

In order to provide the best possible care, it is important to get to know you by taking a complete history and perform an appropriate physical examination to determine which tissues are affected and to what degree.  We look for the cause of the problem and not simply focus on the symptom.  If it is determined that further diagnostic imaging is necessary, the Doctor will provide you with a referral to a local facility.

Treatment is usually rendered on the 1st visit.   “At home” recommendations provided at each office visit as necessary. A second follow-up visit is then scheduled for 2-3 days after the initial visit.

Your 2nd visit

Please allow 30 minutes for this extended session which includes a Report of Findings to educate you as to the possible causes of your complaints, answer any questions you may have, and discuss treatment options.  Chiropractic care rendered at this time.

Subsequent visits

Typical sessions are 15 minutes but in some cases, 30 minute visits are appropriate based on the agreed treatment plan.
